Program Description

The goal of this program is to produce competent HSE personnel that possess the effective communication skills and working knowledge necessary to develop and maintain a safe work site. This is an in-depth course that instructs not only on the regulations but how they apply to the job; how to use the tools of the trade (e.g. direct reading instruments); and the essential role safety documents play in communication among work sites and crews. Participants will acquire the skills and knowledge needed to protect workers while on the job and to ensure that their company meets occupational safety and health requirements. This program is based on the NCCER curriculum, and is taught in a modular format.
