Construction Equipment Training
CET Six Week Course
This course combines commercial truck driver training and heavy equipment training. This course is designed to make a productive, marketable construction worker with operating and trucking ability and skills. Training equipment includes but not limited too: Class A & B commercial trucks & trailers, construction vehicles, excavator, dozer, backhoe, and loader. Students receive certifications for CET, Traffic Control Flagging, First Aid/CPR, and MSHA safety with either a CDL A or B, and on proficiencies earned individual pieces of heavy equipment. This course consists of both classroom and outside lab instruction. Prerequisites: DOT physical, DOT drug test, driver’s license, DMV Driver History Report & social security card
Tuition: 240 hour, 6 week course $6,500 Books & Materials Fee: $200
CET Four Week Course
This course consists of four weeks of heavy equipment operator training. The students receive supervised, hands on training on heavy equipment to include excavator, dozer, backhoe, and/or loader. Students will receive certificates of completion for training on specific equipment, Traffic Control Flagging, First Aid/CPR, and OSHA safety. Prerequisites: DOT physical & drug test.
Tuition: $4,600; Book & Material fee: $200
CET Two Week Courses
The CET Two week course is designed for instruction on one specific piece of heavy equipment. Student will be familiarized on the function and operation of a specific piece of equipment. The student will receive supervised, direct hands on operation of the equipment with classroom instruction in principles of operation, work site safety and preventive maintenance procedures. These courses include: CET Dump truck, CET backhoe, CET grader, CET dozer, CET scraper, CET excavator, CET front end loader, CET articulating dump.
Tuition: $3,500 for each two week CET course
Tuition: $5,000 for two week grader, scraper, or articulating dump
