Craft Trade Introduction

 

NCCER Craft Trade Introduction: Core Curriculum

This 72.5 hour program provides students with the basic knowledge needed for employment in

industrial trades. Students learn basic safety, introduction to construction math and an introduction

to hand tools, basic safety, intro to blueprints, intro to basic rigging, intro to communication skills,

and intro to employability skills. This program enables students to choose which program of study

they wish to pursue in the construction trades.

Tuition: $1,825 Book & Material fee: $100 (Minimum of 6 students)

Basic Safety 15 Hours
Introduction to Construction Math 15 Hours
Intro to Hand Tools 10 Hours
Intro to Power Tools 5 Hours
Intro to Blueprints 7.5 Hours
Intro to Basic Rigging 10 Hours
Intro to Communication Skills 5 Hours
Intro to Employability Skills 5 Hours
