NCCER Project Management
Project Management is an 89-hour program. Project management refers to anyone who manages
one or more construction projects and is responsible for: planning, organizing, directing
one or more projects, reporting directly to the owner on project status, completing projects on
time within budget, codes, and contractual agreements. Companies elect project managers on
the basis of their ability to meet the above responsibilities. This program carefully outlines the
responsibilities and skills listed giving them an advanced knowledge to the construction industry
jobs, human relations and negotiations.
Prerequisites: Drivers license recommended, GED or High School Diploma
Tuition: $2,000 Book & Material fee: $150 (Minimum of 4 students)
