Conference Room Rentals

NIT has new conference and training rooms available to accommodate your company's training needs! Conveniently located one mile from Palmer, on the Palmer-Wasilla Highway, meeting attendees will be close to hotels and restaurants. This beautiful facility is available during regular business hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Augustine Conference Room is ideal for a large meeting, training or company event such as the company Christmas Party. Measuring over 1600 ft2 , this room comfortably accommodates 80 people in a meeting style configuration with  Mahogany Training tables and ergonomic chairs. The tables may also be folded down to provide space for food, drinks, meeting materials, etc.

Three wall-mounted 60” TV’s, podium with microphone, audio/visual with laptop connections for your power point presentations and/or other media and DVD/VCR this room has everything to accommodate your training or company event.

There are two private restrooms located next to the training room and a large kitchen facility. The kitchen is equipped with a commercial coffee maker, microwave, oven/range, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. This kitchen facility is perfect for catering your training or company event.

An intimate meeting space, the Spurr Room is ideal for a small meeting or training. Measuring 18’ x 24’ this room can comfortably accommodate 12 to 14 people with the 6 Mahogany Training tables and ergonomic high back chairs.

A wall mounted white board and  accessories are included. Also a media cart that includes TV, DVD/VCR, and IT services.

The Redoubt and Iliamna Training Rooms are the ideal size to accommodate small to medium sized trainings. Each windowed room can comfortably accommodate sixteen people at the 8 training tables and  ergonomic high back chairs.

The Redoubt and Iliamna Training Rooms have their own private restroom. In addition to the large wall-mounted white board the rooms come with a over head projector, TV, DVD/VCR, and wireless capability.

Each room is equipped with a commercial coffee maker, bottled water and microwave.

Additional resources available are Teleconferencing, photocopying services and flipchart with easel and markers. Outside catering may be brought in to any contracted meeting space. Catering information is available upon request.
